Tell us a bit about yourself
I've been working within hospitality since I was 17 years old. Starting out in events followed by a cafe where I fell in love with hospitality and serving people! I was lucky enough to move to New York at 23 and help start Bluestone Lane and open several stores around the city. The journey ended at 26 and I embarked on a yoga teacher training as a break and resided in Bali. I decided at 28 it was time to give hospitality one more shot and I opened a small cafe in a co working space in St Kilda - Freelancer Cafe followed by a Caribbean Bar and Kitchen in Prahran...and now, here I am - doing what I know best, serving the people of Victoria the product I have worked with the most - Prana! What's your journey like with Prana so far? What can you tell us about the culture?
It's been a long journey! I started with them in New York selling the good stuff on my days off, 8 years later - I'm back working for them, this time, in my home city! - I think that speaks pretty highly of the culture and the good people that are involved! When you're not slinging Chai around VIC, what do you do in your spare time?
I have just started swimming - which I am taking to like a duck out of water. I regularly walk my dog - Bella, and love an early morning coffee and spending quality time with my Sicilian woman! What are 3 things you can't live without?
Black Coffee, Quiet Mornings, Sunshine (Summer!)
What's your favourite way to enjoy the good stuff?
The OG. Soy, a bit of honey and a cinnamon dust - as it gets warmer - Cold Brews!
Tell us something strange about you
I am the youngest of 6, and my ears stick out and when you try to pin them back, they click?
