Baileys Whipped Chai Dalgona Coffee

Calling all restaurants and bars! Add this to your drinks menu - perfect for any coffee or chai lover on a Friday afternoon. Celeste Wong (@the_girl_in_the_cafe) shares her Baileys Whipped Chai Dalgona Coffee recipe, shaken or stirred! 

How to Make

Start with Chai Syrup:

  • 3 Tbs Prana Chai Original Blend

  • 3 Tbs Sugar

  • 3/4 Cup Water

Dissolve ingredients over a low heat until thick and strong then strain 

Dalgona in separate bowl:

  1. 3 Tbs instant coffee

  2. 3 Tbs hot, thick Chai syrup

  3. Whip to cool and until thick

Stirred:

  1. Pour 50mL Baileys Original & 150mL milk over ice, into a glass

  2. Add dollop of Dalgona on top 

    Shaken:

    1. Put ice, 50mL Baileys Original & 150mL milk into a cocktail shaker

    2. Shake, shake, shake

    3. Float Chai Dalgona whip on top of shaken Baileys and milk
